Dark Chocolate & Balsamic Vinegar Dipped Dried Fruit
My Pantry ingredients
1 Drizzle De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar 55% Grape Must
1 Cup Equagold Ghana Couverture Dark Chocolate 70%
Dip & Enjoy
1. Add Chocolate to a glass bowl and melt gently over a simmering pot of water stirring constantly until fully melted.
2. Add a healthy drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar to the melted chocolate and stir until mixed.
3. Half dip dried fruit of choice (we love dried apricots) and place on a plate with baking paper (to stop the chocolate sticking).
4. Enjoy! A favourite in our house, super easy and incredibly delicious, the Balsamic Vinegar adds a yummy twist.
