Easy Baked Nuts & Seeds Breakfast





My Pantry ingredients
500g Almonds whole natural
1kg Pumpkin seeds
1kg Sunflower seeds
1 Cup Cashew pieces
1 Tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 Tbspn Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
Optional My Pantry ingredients
1 Cups Apricots diced
1/2 Cup Goji Berries

1. Preheat oven on fan bake to 180 degrees celcius.
2. In a large baking try add the almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cashew nuts.
3. In a small mixing bowl add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Pure Canadian Maple Syrup together stiring until combined.
4. Drizzle the EVOO and Pure Canadian Maple Syrup mixture over the nuts and seeds and gently stir with a wooden spoon/spatula until evenly mixed.
5. Place the baking tray into the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Take out of the oven (add optional ingredients at this stage) and allow to cool. 7. Pour into a handy resealable container and enjoy!
8. Add your choice of toppings, yoghurt, milk or milk alternative (we really enjoy it with All Good Oat Milk).
