Homemade Hummus



My Pantry ingredients
1 400g Tin Chickpeas
1 Tablespoon Tahini
2 Teaspoons Crushed Garlic
Drizzle Luglio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (add more for taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper NY Cut
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
Blend & Enjoy
1. Rinse and drain the 400g tin of chickpeas.
2. In a large mixing bowl (or blender) add all of the ingredients together.
3. Blend until mixture is creamy, adding more Extra Virgin Olive Oil if you find the consistency is a bit sticky. Enjoy!
