We have been providing freeze dried ingredients to the highest echelon of chefs throughout the world since 2006. We have now introduced a retail range of herbs to complement our foodservice range that will allow home chefs to recreate recipes from these restaurants.

Our whole and sliced fruit range adds texture, flavour and vibrancy as a stand-out garnish to a variety of dishes. Crumble on top of your morning cereal and yoghurt combination, use as a finishing touch on your special occasion cakes and desserts, or quite simply eat straight from the packet as a healthy on-the-go snack.

The Fresh As retail range is packed with a 2 year shelf life and is presented in a convenient resealable zip lock foil pouch to lock in the freshness. Once opened, refrigeration is recommended.
